Retaining Wall/Paving Project
This project we were asked to remove the high terraced garden and build a retaining wall with suitable drainage to hold back the ground that was behind the property. The result was a more useable patio area that the family could now enjoy.

This job required large amounts of excavation. The area of soil you can see once sat at 4ft high. This required moving approximately 20 tons of clay and soil to get the right level.
The ground was prepared and a patio was laid using 450x450mm saxon paving.
A small step was built to gain access to the new conservatory the customer had built.
This picture shows the retaining wall that was built to hold back the earth.
